The Governmental Purchasing Association of New Jersey will hold its Annual Educational
Mini-Conference at the Windsor Conference Center in East Windsor, NJ.
We invite you to join us as an exhibitor on September 17, 2026.

The benefits of participation include:

  • Access to decision makers who can determine whether a product or service is
    right for their community
  • Network with Purchasing Agents to build new relationships and generate interest
  • Build business and strengthen ties with current clients
The $350 registration fee includes a skirted table and two chairs, as well as breakfast, lunch
and snacks during breaks. One (1) Exhibitor Representative is covered by the $350
registration fee, the cost for each additional representative you wish to attend will be $100 per
person. Spaces are limited so reserve now to assure your attendance.

Exhibitors will set up on September 17th at 7:00am and breakdown at 2:00 p.m. The
Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Breaks will be served in the same room where
Exhibitors are located to maximize exposure. The mini-conference program will include
dedicated time for participants to visit the exhibits. Exhibitors are welcome to attend all
education sessions in the auditorium if they wish.


*All Exhibitor payments are by credit card and due at time of registration. A 3% fee will
be assessed for each credit card payment; debit cards do not incur this fee.
